IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LIFE ALERT AND MEDICAL ALERT USERS:

When you get your loved one a notification system like Life Alert and Medical Alert, it allows you to decide who they call when the device is activated. This is usually a family member or an ambulance service.

The Underhill and Jericho Fire Department provides First Response services to assist the ambulance by getting to the scene generally, 10-15 minutes before the ambulance to provide lifesaving interventions.

 

We ask that you consider adding our Dispatch number (802-985-8051) to your call list to get us there to help. (Always keep the local ambulance dispatch number on the list)

 

You can add the UJFD First Response service to your Life Alert and Medical Alert systems by contacting your service provider and requesting that they add the UJFD dispatch number (802-985-8051) to your account.  As a reminder always keep your ambulance service listed.
